  • Hi, they are here. When you click on create asset. They did a great job. I am doing the same. When the basic informations are saved, a new page appears with Question/Answers Pre/after repair where all other informations are available. This way you don’t spend too much time on first step. You will see

    I've just seen the new features. very good job!
    about time tracking, if possibile, what about just print-out a list of jobs done, without the invoice? With some customers I do have a monthly flat-rate deal and I don't need to send invoice, just inform them about all the jobs done during certain period.

    I think a workaround could be to set rate to 0. This way, the pdf will list all job and amount due would be 0.

    Regarding the repair section. I have here some points for you
    First of all You have a bisuness clients and walk in custommer. The walk in custommer won'te be able to login to see that status of his repair so i believe it's a goo ideea to add a front end where the custommer can paste his repair number or reference number to check his repair staus; in this way the client won't call me every day to ask for his device.
    Since i've mentioned two diferent things repair number and reference number, let me explani the diference.
    While working business to business, my business custommers they have their own repair forms with their own repair number, that they gave to theire custommers . Now, in my repair form, there must be an extra field called reference, where the custommer can write the repair number from his own system.
    When adding a new business client i would like to be able to tag the client by simply selet if the client is just a business custommer or b2b customer. The reason i ask this is to be able to make the pricing correctly since b2b custommers have lower prices.
    Also when adding a new business client, more fields must be added, like company name, contact person tax number, type of client ( b2b, business, private or client from abroad, becasue clients from other countries get invoices without tax), adress, delivery adress.
    Also the business clients shoul have to be able to create a repair request, trough an front end interface, where they haver to fill in all the details of the repair and when they click send they should receive by email a repair form that they must print out and send it with the repair. . At this point the repair shoul be on a status called Ready to pick up or something like that.
    A QR code would be nice to add on the repair form, so that the client could just scan it and see the repair status. Also that would be nice for the user of the platform in case you are implementing a barcode scanner in the app. Basically client comes in, we scan the repair form and voila, repair form gets automatically opened.
    One last thing. My company is gonna be a group of services. I will have a section for mainboard repairs, and one section for automotives. Both sections will be called difere, will have diferent logos and different websites, but the invoicing will be done by the same company. It woul be nice to be able to select the section before creating an invoice. in this way, invoicing will be done by the same company but with differnt sections names and logos.
    Also b2b custommers they do't want an invoice for each repair. They want cumulated repairs in one invoice, so it woul be nice if you can make that simple for me.
    At the actual system, if an offer is accepted by the client, it becomes imediately an invoice. I would like only to be notified that the client accepted the offer, so when the repair it's done, i can add this repair costs on a cumulated invoice. .

  • Hi Eric. I have few suggestions regarding the mmanager.
    1. I would love to have the possibility to print the invoices and the quotes right after saving them, instead of going back to the invoices or quotes menu and print them from there .
    2. The option to add two emails for the clients with the possibility to send the quotes to one email and the invoices to the other.
    3. Each invoice and quote have one field called Subject. Is it possible to make that more visible on the invoice/quote? And also to add that subject in the title of the email that's sent to the client? Some email programs, like thunderbird, only search in the titles of the emails, so in this case, the client has difficulties finding them.
    4. And last. Is it possible to send automatically the quotes as pdf attachment. My clients are too lazy to click the link and print them from there

    These are good requests I would find useful.
